1- Comprehensive Medical Insurance
- This is one of the best medical systems in the world. Patients receive medical services that meet international quality standards.
- The most important license is the building permit, and the total area of ​​the designated hospital must be within the required administrative license.
- Then, we look at the date the permit was issued. If it was issued before August 2015, all finishing work will be carried out according to the old code.

2- Housing and Research Institute
- We prepare the complete file and obtain approval from them.

3- Civil Defense and Fire
- All fire safety work is carried out to the highest quality standards and in accordance with the requirements of the Comprehensive Medical Insurance. This differs from the old code in terms of patient and facility insurance coverage.

4- Medical Syndicate
- We prepare the file for submission to the Medical Syndicate and fulfill all requirements.

5- Private Healthcare
- We prepare the hospital file, obtain the waste and environmental certificates, and maintenance contracts, and submit it to the Private Healthcare Sub-Department completely and without any errors, and obtain the license. Initial operation pending completion of quality requirements

6- Quality and Infection Control
- We assist in implementing quality and infection control requirements with the quality consultant

7- Remaining Licenses
- The remaining licenses will be obtained after the quality file is completed

Documents required to be submitted to the Standing Committee for the establishment of a private hospital, pursuant to Law 51 of 1981, Law 153 of 2004, Ministerial Decrees No. 223 of 1999, and Decree No. 311 of 2011

1. A copy of the property ownership contract, a notarized lease agreement, a lease with a date registered at the Real Estate Registry, or any other valid official document.

2. Suitability of the site in relation to the project and the surrounding area, including the project's entrances and exits. (Architectural drawing) Approved by a registered hospital engineer at a scale of 1:150 and stamped.

3. Suitability of the building for its intended purpose, technically, technologically, and hygienically, showing the detailed layout and divisions of the building's internal units, with each floor shown separately if it has multiple floors. (Architectural drawing) Approved by a registered hospital engineer at a scale of 1:150 and stamped.

4. Submission of a program committing to providing comprehensive quality in all phases of the project.

5. Submission of a statement of the specialties to be practiced at the hospital, the equipment, and a list of staff (doctors, nurses, etc.), along with a clear statement of the equipment required for the operating room to ensure patient safety during anesthesia and surgery, including a recovery room equipped as per the attached document.

6. Submission of a detailed plan outlining the methods to be followed to prevent the spread of infection within the project and the safe disposal of waste (Infection Control Program). Infection Control - Incinerator Contract - Environmental Monitoring) and a certificate for handling hazardous materials and waste, stamped and complete.
7. The hospital will not be licensed until its equipment is fully operational and the competence of its staff (doctors, nurses, and technicians) is verified to ensure comprehensive quality.
8. A commitment to comply with the technical and health requirements stipulated in Law No. 51 of 1981 concerning medical facilities, its executive regulations, and supplementary ministerial decrees.
9. A commitment not to make any changes to the technical management or ownership of the project, or to employ non-Egyptian workers, without obtaining explicit written approval from the Standing Committee. In case of violation, the license will be revoked.

10. A declaration from the hospital owner that the hospital occupies a separate building or has a private entrance not shared with the building's residents.

11. Submission of a stamped certificate of registration with the relevant syndicate for the hospital.

12. A certified copy of the contract concluded between the license applicant and the hospital's medical director. The license applicant is obligated to submit a copy of the contract whenever the hospital's medical director changes.

13. A receipt for stamp payment. Medical fees at a rate of one per thousand of the hospital's capital, stamped.
14. Proof of subscription to or contract with a waste incinerator if the hospital does not have one.
15. Copies of the professional licenses for doctors, nursing staff, and the technical director, as well as copies of the notarized contracts concluded between the license applicant and them.
16. Health certificates for food handlers in the kitchens or those responsible for preparing meals for patients.

17. A certificate from the Civil Defense and Fire Department confirming the availability of the necessary requirements to protect the hospital from fire hazards.

18. Membership in the Medical Service Providers Chamber of the Federation of Egyptian Industries (34 Shehab Street Intersection, Syria Street – next to Metro Supermarket, 13th Floor).

19. Inspection fee from the Ministry of Health.

20. Building permit for the facility.

Important Notes

- The hospital must have at least 15 beds.

- The medical director may not also be the medical director of any other medical facility besides their private clinic.

- The area of ​​a major operating room must be at least 20 square meters (each side of the room must be at least 3 square meters).

- The area of ​​a medium-sized operating room must be at least 12 square meters (each side of the room must be at least 3 square meters).

- The area of ​​each bed in the hospital must be at least 8 square meters net, excluding bathroom space. (All areas are net, without columns).

- The operating theater and neonatal intensive care unit must be free of any sewage drains or bathrooms, and all windows must be securely closed.

- Outpatient clinics must be separate from patient wards.

- Each outpatient clinic must have a handwashing sink.
